Solution Problem description:
PDB related errors may be encountered during IncrediBuild builds under Visual Studio 2008.
E.g.:
"Error C2471: cannot update program database"
or:
"fatal error LNK1318: Unexpected PDB error; OK (0) "

Suggested Solution:
1. Update your IncrediBuild installation to version 3.20 (or the latest official IncrediBuild release).

2. Install Microsoft's hotfix KB946040, available for download from the 'Microsoft Connect' website at:
https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/Downloads/DownloadDetails.aspx?DownloadID=11354

This was found to be useful in some cases and confirmed by several IncrediBuild users.
