Backup Coordinator not working - possible causes

The following article describes how to troublshoot common problems with installation of a Backup Coordinator:

1. Try opening the Coordinator Settings dialog on the machine running the primary Coordinator service. Go to the "Coordinator|Backup" page. What does the text below the "Backup Coordinator Status" label say? If the backup Coordinator isn't reported as available, try selecting the Backup machine from the listbox and clicking "Refresh".

2. If this does not fix the problem, check if a firewall is blocking IncrediBuild from connecting to the Backup Coordinator service from either the primary Coordinator or the Agent machines.
