When IncrediLink is used with the "Do not Create Libraries" option, VC prompts that projects are out-of-date

Symptom: When using IncrediLink with the "Do not create libraries" option, VC will prompt that projects are out-of-date and will suggest to build required files.

Description: Since this feature (skipping creation of .lib files) is not supported by the Visual Studio IDE, this is expected behavior. Unfortunately there is no workaround for this issue, so one should decide whether to restore creation of .LIB files (=slower build time) or maintain the build time benefit by clicking "No" whenever VC prompts that the .LIB projects are out-of-date.
