Can I be certain that inconsistent configurations on build machines won't influence build results?

IncrediBuild's 'Virtual Environment' technology makes sure that IncrediBuild will only use environmental elements from the machine that initiated the build, and never from remote machines participating in distributed builds. IncrediBuild will always use the compiler components (and related DLLs) found on the machine that initiated the build, regardless of any Visual Studio installations that exist on remote machines. In fact, remote VS installations are totally ignored, to the point where it is not required by the remote Agents to have Visual Studio installed at all. Similarly, file-system, registry and environment variable access are all done exclusively with the initiating machine's content, and the remote machines environment is entirely ignored. All this is done to ensure builds are not compromised by any inconsistent configuration on remote Agents.
