License related issues with version 5.5

Description: In version 5.5 IncrediBuild the licensing mechanism was updated. Due to this change, it is important to pay attention to the following information:

* Administrative privileges are required in order to load a license on your IncrediBuild Coordinator.
* Internet connection is required in order to load the license on the Coordinator. In case your Coordinator machine is not connected to the internet, for activation instructions, please contact IncrediBuild support


Make sure you unload your IncrediBuild license from the Coordinator before performing any of the following actions:

  •  Downgrading from version 5.5 to IncrediBuild version 5.0 or earlier
  •  Upgrading from IncrediBuild version 5.5 release candidate to the official version 5.5 release
  •  Uninstalling IncrediBuild from a Coordinator without an internet connection

If you are facing a problem with loading / unloading a license, please contact IncrediBuild support.
